Now that I've seen the episode, I must say I'm rather disappointed. Maybe my expectations were too high.

He was very quiet-depressing. He was not on his game. Allot of one word answers. In the clips of them driving together( where there is music) he is not even having a conversation with Sienfeld.

Yeah I started to notice the change in him since mid 2016. He wasn't himself.

He was his 91 year old self. It looked to me like he really wanted to be "up" that day, knowing it might well be his last appearance before a camera. And because it was Jerry Seinfeld, whom he liked. I think he knew he didn't have much longer; his energy was leaving him. He kept looking off camera (to Chris, to Sam?), as if to get a reaction on how he was doing. He tried to be funny, but it didn't come over too well. But I still treasure this too short film because it was his last. I could just cry.

Or his body and mind were in the "preperation to die stage" and beginning to shut down.

I knew the beginning of the end was near when I saw him crying in that one special interview, he did for Max Rose.

He started to cry when he talked about dying and never seeing his wife and his daughter again. When he went to the hospital last June for the UTI, I had a suspicion that it was the beginning of the end. He had already cheated the Grim Reaper so often.

well....aging is sad. he was fine for 91 but being hard of hearing he couldn’t respond to questions or joke around easily. i appreciate what JL said about his max rose role, that his fans grew up with him, we saw him a brash 19, a cocky 30, a powerful 40, a mature 50, a reflective 70. it’s hard to see someone you love lose their body, in JL’s case, at lease it wasn’t his mind. seinfled did a great job, beautiful tribute.

So very true! He was a great man and this world, in my opinion, is not the same without him and his many talents!
