Here's an article I recently acquired. Unfortunately I do not know from which magazine this was. It seems that Jerry's spontaneous appearance at the taping of Dean's show was not filmed. A shame it was lost to posterity.

Yes Jerry came on as one of the showgirls and surprised Dean, and it was never recorded since was a rehearsal. This was mentioned in another article I have.
