Was the house already that old when he bought it in the 80's? Or are you just saying it looks like 1972. It looks a mix of 70's, 80's, and occasionally things from the present. I remember seeing part of the house when he did the interview with Rafaella Carra. I think one other time too. It definitely didn't change much. Only Jerry would have red carpet, red refrigerator, red oven, etc. The red fridge and oven were kinda cool to be honest.

According to zillow.com, the house was built in 1964. I don't know when he moved in, but I'd estimate mid 80's at the earliest. -- In the meantime I've seen that the house was built in 1982, and he and Sam moved in in the spring of 1983.

Jerry and Sam, moved into the residence in March of 1983, about one month after they were married. They had previously lived at Las Vegas Country Club. The property was there since 1964, but the house was built in '82.

I just saw that the house has been taken from the market. I wonder what that means. Sold, or does Jerry's widow have such a problem selling it?
