On Gilbert Gottfried Amazing Podcast-(the latest episode) is all about The Rat Packbut they constantly talk to the author about Jerry Lewis. Many new and disturbing stories. Oy vey not the Rick Lertzman book. He's literally the worst. I can say I hate this man, and have had it out with him online, several times. I would not trust much in this book, plus he hates Jerry.

This guy has been spouting about his "upcoming" book ever since Jerry died. He's announced so many times that the book is going to come out "next year", well, frankly I just don't believe it anymore. Richard Belzer and Rick Saphire also once announced they were each writing a book on Jerry, and they were never published either.

I think a good deal of people on here, have seen these before, and have agreed with me that he is a jerk. Freshnyfs (Thad from the JL specials on my channel) also has had similar experiences where Rick Lertzman told him he was crazy and imagining things, and deleting comments, while not accepting well accepted resources. If you don't like Jerry that's one thing, but making up stuff for your book and saying people should seek treatment for posting actual facts about JL is awful. Anyone daring to criticize his blog and tabloid info (as in they come from tabloids), is belittled. I've seen the way he treats his audience in comments both on his blog and fb page, and he is an ass. And yes I did call him asshole. Someone needed to. Looks like someone agrees in this review of his podcast.  |
